It is our policy to request payment at the time of the treatments. In treatments, where there is lab-work involved, we may ask for a deposit upfront, simply because of the technician fee involved. We may also ask for a deposit for longer appointments. Our practice is strictly by appointments, and you may be charged if you fail an appointment or fail to give us 24 hour notice, when changing one. The charge for this is twenty pounds for every 15 min wasted surgery time.
